    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor Roadside to lead our roadside assistance operations in our Corporate Countries (FR, IT, BENELUX, UK). In this role, you'll oversee the coordination of emergency roadside services and ensure our customers receive prompt, professional assistance whenever they need it. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments and collaborate with external partners to protect our fleet and ensure premium Customer Service.     YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You support the implementation of a new vendor network and IT developments.
    • You coordinate with local service providers to ensure smooth operations.
    • You handle escalations of complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
    • You support the coordination of cross-country cases.
    • You monitor overall operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
    • You act as an interface between different internal departments.

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • You bring a strong customer service background with a focus on Roadside Assistance.
    • You have a strong understanding of automotive systems, towing procedures, and roadside assistance best practices.
    • You are proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to identify patterns and anomalies.
    • You are comfortable working with cross-functional data and dashboards.
    • You demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under time pressure.
    • You are fluent in English and French.
