• Laufende Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Lackierung und Konservierung
• Durchführung von Ablaufanalysen
• Auslegung und Planung von Betriebsmitteln
• Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit
• Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
• Erstellung und Wartung von Arbeitsplänen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Oberflächentechnik, idealerweise mit Meisterqualifikation, oder ein vergleichbares Studium
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Prozessplanung im Kraftfahrzeugbau oder Automotive
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Lackierung und Konservierungsmittel
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionsprozesse und Produktionssysteme (Lean, Poke Yoke, etc.)
• Gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse
• Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und SAP; AS400-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position bezogen auf die Erfüllung der angeführten Anforderungen beträgt € 3.802,93 brutto monatlich bezogen auf Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Kollektivvertrag für Fahrzeugindustrie)
