• Betreuung von Themen der Montagebänder
• Erstellung und Wartung von Arbeitsplänen
• Durchführung von Montageablaufanalysen
• Auslegung und Planung von Betriebsmitteln
• Verbesserungen der Arbeitssicherheit
• Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
• Betreuung des Ideenmanagements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Kraftfahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Prozessplanung im Kraftfahrzeugbau oder Automotive
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionsprozesse und Produktionssysteme (z.B. Lean, Poke Yoke, etc.) von Vorteil
• Gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse wünschenswert
• Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und SAP; AS400-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position bezogen auf die Erfüllung der angeführten Anforderungen beträgt € 3.802,93 brutto monatlich bezogen auf Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Kollektivvertrag für Fahrzeugindustrie). Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Möglichkeit einer Überzahlung.
