About the Role

We are seeking Flexible Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This position supports the assembly, calibration, and testing of subassemblies and finished products in a fast-paced production environment. The role spans multiple skill levels (II–V), with responsibilities and compensation aligned to experience, technical skill, and demonstrated performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble, calibrate, and test products using work instructions,      BOMs, drawings, and samples
  • Use hand and power tools, test equipment, and basic production      machinery
  • Follow all safety, quality, and labor standards
  • Inspect work to ensure conformance to quality requirements
  • Identify and communicate production, quality, or equipment issues
  • Accurately record time, attendance, and production data
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Level Progression (Based on Skills & Experience)

  • Assembler I: Learns basic assembly operations      in 1–2 product areas under direct supervision 
  • Assembler II: Demonstrates improved      efficiency, consistency, and task independence 
  • Assembler III: Performs moderate      assembly/testing across multiple areas with minimal instruction; obtains      solder certification 
  • Assembler IV: Expert in all cell operations;      works independently and trains new employees 
  • Assembler V: Leads critical operations,      troubleshoots equipment/product issues, and mentors team members; minimum      

Requirements

Required Skills / Experience / Equipment Operation:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US issued by the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Minimum of 3 months of service.

Physical/Mental Essential Functions:

  • Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Able to read/speak in English and follow verbal/written instructions
  • Able to count and sort
  • Able to interact/communicate with respect of fellow co-workers and management
  • Able to push/pull and reach above shoulders
  • Able to control operation of hand and/or foot
  • Able to turn wrist frequently in a repetitive motion
  • Able to lift/carry up to 10 pounds
