Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant Need - Part-time gov't contract

Description

Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of a cardiothoracic PA to provide part-time surgical assist coverage for a 1 year contract with the VA.

Details:

Start - 5/1/26-4/30/27 

Hours: 2 days per week, 8a-4:30p

$160 per hour

ANY state CTPA license

Must be BC

Scope & Experience requirements: 

Necessary proficiencies include: endoscopic radial and saphenous vein harvesting (must have documented experience of >100 endoscopic procedures in each location); ultrasound guided arterial and venous access for central line placement; chest tube and pigtail insertion and removal; insertion and removal of Swan-Ganz catheter, removal of pacing wires, cardioversion, performance of first and second assistant responsibilities in cardiothoracic surgery in the operating room, as well as bedside assistant for robotic procedures.
