Restaurant & In-Room Dining Manager/Assistant Manager

What you will be doing:
- Reporting to the Assistant Director of F&B, oversee daily operations of the hotel restaurant and in-room dining service.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Lead, train, and schedule Heartists to deliver efficient operations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
- Support revenue performance and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Professional, excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
- Experienced in managing ADD and IRD sections, maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring guest experience is beyond expectations.
- Creative in organizing events, ability to control budget and inventory, understands MICROS and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Flexible with working hours and ability to work with tight deadlines and high-pressure environment.
- Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods.
