About the Role

Description

Join Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as the Appointment Center Manager and play a key role in the future of our team. You’ll lead, manage, and hold accountable a high-quality team of customer care representatives as you work with them to blaze your path toward a best-in-class customer care department.

Your Impact

Requirements

What You Provide

  • 2+ year of call center or customer service management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally push or pull up to 10lbs
