About the Role

Description

Join Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair’s Real Estate Response Team as an Outside Sales Representative and play a key role in the future of our organization. You will be the face of Frontier to the real estate community, building meaningful connections, hosting engaging lunch-and-learn sessions, and driving leads through strategic networking efforts. 


This is more than just a Sales Representative role though. It’s a chance to shape the future of a company that is redefining the industry. It’s a chance to provide customers with a remarkable experience.

Your Impact

  • Develop strong relationships with real estate professionals, generating referrals and leads through strategic networking and events 
  • Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, including self-generated appointments, office visits, and gross sales goals

Requirements

What You Provide

  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Experience in sales, real estate, home improvement, or construction is helpful but not required
  • A knack for building relationships and strong communication skills
  • The ability to work independently, think strategically, and hit performance goals
  • Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability
  • Ability to fit and work in a crawl space: approximately 18 x 18 clearance
  • Computer proficiency (training provided)
