About You

You are a technically hands-on physical security professional who understands how enterprise security platforms are architected, integrated, and evaluated. You are comfortable working across access control, video management systems, networking, and software integrations within complex environments.

You enjoy getting into technical details - configuring systems in a lab environment, validating integrations, and understanding how systems behave at a deep technical level. You are just as comfortable working directly with systems as you are collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams.

You thrive in environments that blend hands-on lab experimentation with strategic innovation. Whether configuring and evaluating new integrations in a test lab or assessing emerging technologies for enterprise fit, you enjoy understanding how systems actually function and what it takes to make them work together effectively.

You are naturally curious, analytical, and solution-oriented, with the ability to move fluidly between high-level architecture discussions and hands-on technical evaluation of integrated physical security platforms.

  • Engage with vendors and technology partners to coordinate demonstrations, review product roadmaps, and assess offerings against defined use cases
  • Support integration discussions, adoption planning, and proof-of-concept efforts, including feasibility and implementation impact assessments
  • Develop documentation and reporting across technology evaluations, comparative analyses, and integration workflows for internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Present findings and recommendations, in person and in writing, to a range of audiences including senior leadership and executives
  • Support internal knowledge sharing through presentations and briefings, and represent the organization at industry events and trade shows
  • Other duties as assigned
