Job Description

Culina Group are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. Joining Culina Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide dedicated recruitment support to our hiring managers, working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider recruitment team to deliver resourcing solutions to Culina Group.

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00- 17:00

Key Duties

  • Accountable for end to end recruitment for your dedicated business area. 
  • Establish successful relationships and work in partnership with stakeholders to fully understand the hiring requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Work directly with hiring managers and influence key recruitment decisions that minimise attrition risks ensuring fairness and equality in the hiring process.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, building positive and informative relationships promoting the Group as an employer of choice.
  • Actively develop positive relationships with all stakeholders by providing a proactive, customer focused, credible and timely recruitment service.
  • Active Management of the ATS.
  • Build and develop direct candidate pipelines from attraction activities that focus on engagement and enhancing the company brand
  • Create engaging, on brand job adverts and marketing campaigns to support the attraction strategy
  • Determine the optimum channels for advertising and monitor trends
  • Actively source and headhunt the best candidates via job boards and social media
  • Manage and build relationships with the group PSL
  • Providing end to end Recruitment support and advice across a range of disciplines and levels within the group where vacancies are to be filled through direct sourcing routes.
  • Being first point of contact for candidates, suppliers and hiring managers when sourcing for a vacancy.

Qualifications

  • Proven in- house or agency experience recruiting management positions across multiple disciplines, preferably in a faced paced environment.
  • 3-4 years within the recruitment sector.
  • A real people person you’ll be approachable with a personable nature.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to proactively engage and influence at all levels.
  • Experience of active sourcing, attraction and selection methods.
  • Computer literate, experience using Office 365 and Microsoft applications.
  • Previous experience of using a Talent Management System.
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Full UK driving License.
