About the Role

Description

Irontown Modular is looking for Roofers who can follow instruction given to them by their Exterior Lead. Experience required. Irontown focuses on single and multi-family modular homes, allowing for complete customization of plan, specifications and building materials for each project, with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building. 
 

Requirements

  • Experience in Roofing necessary (TPO, Shingle, Standing Seam Metal Roof etc.)
  • May need to travel to various job sites dependent on potential warranty work required.
  • Be a “bags on” Crew Member working on completing site work and stitch work as needed.
  • Completing projects on time and on budget.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised but be able to take direction and report to Lead.
  • Work within the Factory will be your focus, unless needed to travel out of town.
  • Bring your experience and can-do attitude to our team.
  • A self-starter with relevant experience.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions.
  • Need to be willing to learn other construction trades.

Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 DOE

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday. 10-hour days – 40 hours guaranteed. Occasional overtime as projects dictate.
