Position Overview: Washing Service Technician

We are hiring 1 Washing Tech in DeForest, WI and 2 Washing Techs in Fort Atkinson, WI.

As a Washing Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Residential & commercial window cleaning
• Power washing
• Roof cleaning
• Gutter cleaning

Each morning, you’ll meet with the Project Manager, review your task list, and then head out with your crew. Work is weather-dependent, so schedules may shift on rainy days.

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Bonus: Candidates who live between DeForest and Fort Atkinson for flexibility

Schedule

• Flexible schedule required
• Most work is Monday–Friday during business hours

Training Program

• 2-week paid training to learn the fundamentals of the role

Compensation & Growth

• Washing Techs typically earn $20–$24 per hour minimum
• Strong opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader role with higher pay
• Paid bi-weekly
