Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Accounting Manager
Position Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: HQ - Kansas City, MO
Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and processing vehicle titles, sales documentation, and inventory and unit status tracking. This position ensures compliance with state regulations while supporting the overall efficiency of operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
Essential Functions:
- Process, prepare, and distribute vehicle sales documentation. Including title packets, temporary tags, keys, and any related closing documents in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of DMV, municipal, and California sales documentation.
- Maintain titles and Manufacturer Statements of Origin (MSOs) for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist customers with title-related inquiries and provide information regarding the title transfer process.
- File monthly Notices of Sale for designated locations within required deadlines.
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic/physical records.
- Update and track unit and inventory status.
- Process applicable rebates in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Support the sales closing process by ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant before finalization.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
- High School Diploma
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly organizational tools.
Preferred Education/Experience/Certifications:
- Familiarity with vehicle sales, leasing, and title processes
