We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage and develop a high-performing team of technical engineers, drafters, and design specialists within a value engineering environment. This role focuses on leading multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality structural and civil design solutions across projects. The position requires a strong technical foundation in structural or civil engineering combined with proven leadership and project management capabilities. As a team leader, you will be responsible for aligning engineering execution with organizational goals, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in design quality and productivity. You will guide the team in delivering accurate structural design and engineering documentation while ensuring compliance with project standards and timelines. A key part of the role involves fostering a collaborative work culture that encourages open communication, professional growth, and strong performance across the team. The position also requires overseeing the daily activities of the engineering team to ensure work is executed efficiently and meets required technical, quality, and profitability objectives. In addition to operational leadership, you will play a strategic role in developing the team’s technical and professional capabilities, supporting both individual growth and organizational success. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in structural or civil engineering, strong knowledge of EPC project environments, and a proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams. • Lead and manage a team of engineers, drafters, and technical specialists to ensure high performance and quality project delivery
• Communicate organizational goals clearly while setting individual performance targets and supporting team members in achieving them
• Mentor, coach, and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities and professional growth
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with open communication and strong team engagement
• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines
• Ensure structural design and engineering deliverables meet required standards, specifications, and project requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in team capabilities across technical skills, software tools, and communication competencies
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across design and project management stages
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain productivity and professional development
• Support project management activities including planning, coordination, and execution within EPC project environments

• 15+ years of experience in civil or structural engineering with strong exposure to engineering design and project execution
• Educational background in engineering, preferably a Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles including reinforced concrete structures (RCC)
• Good understanding of EPC project environments and engineering design workflows
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing multidisciplinary technical professionals
• Strong project management knowledge including design stages, planning, and coordination
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people development capabilities
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Ability to create a motivating work environment while maintaining high performance standards
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical leadership with operational and team management responsibilities
