The Role: What You’ll Actually Do

Say goodbye to the cubicle! You will be stationed at promotional setups inside, outside, or near our third-party retail partners, as well as at home shows and fairs. Your mission is simple:

  • Engage the Community: Start conversations with shoppers and homeowners in diverse environments (indoors and outdoors).
  • Be the Expert: Answer questions, highlight benefits, and ease concerns to build authentic trust.
  • Set the Stage: You aren’t selling windows; you are selling the appointment. Your goal is to schedule qualified consultations for our Design Consultants.
  • Embrace the Elements: Be ready for a little sun, wind, or rain as part of the daily adventure.

What This Job Is NOT

  • NOT a "Behind-the-Desk" Role: This is an active, face-to-face role in the real world, not behind a screen managing digital marketing or SEO.
  • NOT a Remote Opportunity: Success happens on-site. It requires being present, energetic, and visible to the public.
  • NOT "Full-Cycle" Sales: You are not responsible for closing the final sale, negotiating contracts, or managing installations.

Show Me the Money: Pay & Perks

We believe in rewarding hustle. Here is how you can write your own paycheck:

  • Reliable Base Pay: Start with a guaranteed $20.00 per hour (paid semimonthly).
  • Retail Demo Bonus: Earn $35.00 for every qualified in-home consultation you schedule that runs.
  • Event Demo Bonus: Pick up "Event" shifts (fairs/home shows) where demos pay out at $25.00.
  • Commission: Score a 0.5% commission on the total sale if your appointment results in a purchase.
  • Travel Perks: We reimburse mileage and drive time for shifts more than 20 miles or 30 minutes away.

  • The Resilient Optimist: You hear "no" and keep smiling, viewing rejection as just one step closer to a "yes."
  • The Reliable Teammate: You show up on time, communicate clearly in the group chat, and help keep our "no drama" culture positive.

Basic Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally carry up to 50 lbs to set up your area.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.
