About the Role
<div>We are hiring Associate People &amp; Business Partner – Talent 360<br>Role Overview:<br><br>Support HR strategies and partner with business clients to deliver HR solutions. Help manage client relationships, support performance management, employee relations, and HR operations while developing skills to grow into a full People &amp; Business Partner role.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Act as HR contact for assigned clients and support HR service delivery.<br>Assist in executing HR strategies and people initiatives.<br>Support performance management and employee relations cases.<br>Maintain HR documents, compliance, and reporting.<br>Help improve HR processes and team collaboration.<br><br>Qualifications:<br>4–6 years HR experience in Generalist, Operations, or Junior Business Partner roles.<br>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.<br>Basic knowledge of labor law, performance management, and employee relations.<br>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.<br>Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally.<br><br>Work Environment:<br>Full-time (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM)<br>Fridays &amp; Saturdays off<br><br>Location: Nasr City<br><br>Benefits:<br>Competitive salary<br>Medical &amp; Social Insurance<br>Payroll benefits<br>Learning &amp; Development including Educational Fund</div>
