About the Role

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Chief of Staff to the CRO. In this strategic partner role, you will significantly contribute to enhancing the operational efficiency of the global revenue organization. You will be tasked with transforming strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that drive revenue and performance across various functions including Sales, Marketing, and Product. Your impact will be felt organization-wide as you ensure leadership alignment and accountability, streamline processes, and foster a culture where high-impact initiatives thrive. This position will require you to leverage strong interpersonal skills and operational judgment to influence senior leaders and streamline execution.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO and facilitate alignment across leadership teams.
  • Manage operating cadence and ensure visibility, accountability, and execution are maintained.
  • Support the CRO in executing high-priority strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Drive collaboration across functional teams to optimize operational effectiveness.
  • Translate leadership discussions into actionable decisions and plans.
  • Monitor and report on key revenue metrics to ensure performance visibility.


Requirements
  • Strong business judgment and operational rigor.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales and understanding of revenue lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment among senior leaders.
  • Exceptional written and analytical skills for clear communication.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities.
