About the Role

Project Overview

We are looking for Mystery Shoppers to evaluate the dining experience at selected restaurants. The aim is to assess service quality, staff knowledge, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit the restaurant and dine with at least one additional person.
  • Order a full meal including:

    • Drinks

    • Starters

    • Main courses

    • Dessert

  • Starters, drinks, and desserts may be shared or ordered individually.
  • Choose different meals and drinks to allow staff the opportunity to suggest additional items before being asked.
  • Mention a pretend allergy during the visit and observe how staff respond.
  • Make an additional purchase at the bar during the visit.
  • Observe staff interactions, service timing, and overall guest experience.
  • Take photos where appropriate and keep all receipts.


Reporting Requirements
  • Submit a detailed evaluation report after the visit.
  • Upload photos and receipts as part of the report.


Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to observe service interactions discreetly.
  • Reliable internet access to complete the report.
