Senior Sales Manager, Embedded Payment Solutions

To support continued expansion in China’s OEM ecosystem, Nayax China is seeking a Senior Embedded Payment Solutions Sales Manager based in Shenzhen to drive the growth of its embedded payment business, with a primary focus on the Uno Mini product. The Senior Embedded Payment Solutions Sales Manager is a senior, quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving the adoption of Nayax embedded payment products among Chinese OEM partners. This role will work closely with Nayax China Sales Managers who manage OEM accounts across different industry verticals and will jointly drive embedded payment opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Sales Strategy and Revenue Ownership
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for embedded payment solutions in the Chinese OEM market, own and deliver the annual embedded payment sales target.
- Collaborate with Nayax China Sales Managers to co-sell embedded payment solutions into existing and new OEM accounts.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Drive full sales cycle execution from opportunity identification through contract closure.
OEM and Embedded Solution Selling
- Lead commercial and technical discussions with OEM partners on embedding Uno Mini into their devices.
- Translate product capabilities into clear business value for OEMs and their global operator customers.
- Support OEM partners through proof of concept, integration, certification, and mass production rollout.
- Serve as the embedded payment subject-matter expert in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, solution, operation and global sales teams to ensure successful execution of customer projects.
- Coordinate internal resources to support integration, onboarding, and deployment activities.
- Provide structured market and customer feedback to global teams to support product roadmap and pricing decisions.
Account Development and Partner Growth
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key OEM stakeholders, including product, R and D, and commercial leadership teams.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support industry events, trade shows, and OEM roadshows to promote Nayax embedded payment capabilities.
- Champion customer success to drive repeat business and scalable partnerships.
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Information Technology is required; MBA is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in payments, IoT, hardware, or embedded technology sectors.
- Proven experience working with Chinese OEMs and managing complex, technical sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, device integrations, or payment solutions; experience with EMV, NFC, SDK, or API integrations is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success carrying and achieving annual sales quotas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel frequently within China and occasionally overseas.
- Personal Attributes: Results-driven with strong accountability for outcomes. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to operate independently.
