We are seeking an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of human resources —recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations —and wants to lead in a meaningful role in supporting our teams and leaders.

We are seeking a dynamic, hospitable, results-driven HR leader to professionalize our portfolio of companies. You will have the opportunity to provide strategic HR leadership and optimize our HR strategies.


The Role

This is a hands-on HR role responsible for supporting day-to-day people operations across multiple RallyX companies. The role combines recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and general HR support.

You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to ensure our HR processes run smoothly and employees receive excellent support throughout their employment lifecycle.


Recruiting & Hiring Support

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage open positions and support the recruiting      process
  • Coordinate  interviews, candidate communication, and hiring logistics
  • Assist with sourcing and candidate screening as needed
  • Support relationships with universities and workforce partners
  • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Manage onboarding for new employees across multiple companies
  • Ensure completion of all employment documentation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate orientation and support new employees during their first weeks
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS accuracy

Payroll Administration

  • Process and review payroll using Paylocity
  • Ensure accuracy of timecards, pay adjustments, and deductions

Benefits Administration

  • Support  employee benefit enrollments and changes
  • Assist employees with benefits questions and coordination with vendors
  • Help manage open enrollment processes and communications

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Serve as a resource to employees and managers for HR-related questions
  • Support employee relations matter with guidance from leadership
  • Assist with HR projects, reporting, and policy administration
  • Help maintain consistent HR practices across RallyX companies

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role
  • Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Payroll experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability  to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
