As a Cleanroom & Lab Manager, you’ll ensure ICEYE’s laboratory and cleanroom environments remain safe, organized, and fully operational so engineering teams can focus on building and testing the technology behind our SAR satellite missions. By maintaining equipment reliability, managing lab resources, and enforcing safety and ESD standards, you enable uninterrupted development and protect the integrity of the tools and processes that power ICEYE’s space systems.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cleanroom and laboratory environments, ensuring safe, reliable, and well organized working spaces for engineering teams
  • Manage lab inventory, consumables, and stock levels to ensure development and testing activities can proceed without interruption
  • Maintain lab documentation, safety procedures, and compliance with health, safety, and ESD standards
  • Perform routine equipment checks, preventive maintenance scheduling, calibration tracking, and first level troubleshooting of lab instruments

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

  • B.Sc. degree or equivalent practical experience in electronics, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience working in an electronics or engineering laboratory environment
  • Hands on experience using electronic and RF laboratory equipment
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Nice to haves:

  • Experience supporting an R&D laboratory environment
  • Basic soldering or PCBA rework and repair skills
  • Familiarity with lab organization practices such as 5S or 6S standards
