Centre Administrator | Busy Bees Whau Valley

We are looking for a part time Centre Administrator to support our kaiako, whānau and Centre Manager in a role that brings warmth, accuracy and clear communication to our daily mahi.

About you
Administration experience in ECE or a similar service organisation
Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional nature
Ability to work with initiative and manage your own time in a busy setting
Tech savvy with good MS Office and system skills
Understanding of ECE legislation, 20 hours ECE and WINZ subsidies is a bonus
The mahi:
Maintain the Child Management System to ensure data entry is accurate
Act as the first point of call for administrative queries
Create and maintain high quality relationships with parents and whānau
Respond to phone, email and social media enquiries in a timely manner
Manage invoicing, parent payments and debtor follow up in line with policy
Support families with completing WINZ paperwork and applications
Reconcile staff timesheets and provide payroll support for the centre
Assist the Centre Manager with general admin, health and safety records and organisational tasks
