We are looking for experienced Front Office Attendants to join the team on a full‑time basis. Working in a fast‑paced and highly interactive environment, our guest satisfaction and luxury guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do. As a Front Office Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all guests, visitors and VIPs receive the highest levels of service during their stay. You’ll work collaboratively with various departments including Gaming, F&B, Bell Services, Housekeeping and Concierge to deliver unforgettable stays, while gaining professional development and training in an iconic, integrated resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking in and checking out guests, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations
  • Allocating rooms and escorting guests to their destination as required
  • Confirming and processing accurate payments
  • Using the Opera PMS system to accurately enter guest information and maintain up‑to‑date visit history
  • Providing tailored and elevated guest experiences, including organising taxi/limousine services
  • Building quick and genuine rapport with guests and visitors

You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a front office, reception, or guest relations role
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights or a valid visa allowing full‑time employment
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (weekdays, weekends, evenings, overnights and public holidays)
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Manager System (highly regarded)
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, premium and customer‑first environment
  • A guest‑focused mindset with a commitment to going above and beyond
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
