Position Overview
We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers and clients
Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and service requests in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details
Assist customers with product or service information and basic troubleshooting
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Support promotional events or outreach initiatives when needed
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
