About the Role

 Terrific opportunity for the right person to fit the right seat! 


 What's the role:


· Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories – files motions and pleadings

· Interview and prepare summaries of client and witness statements

· Legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, articles, and judicial decisions 

o Provides written analysis to attorneys

· Prepare case files to include evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other items

· Assist with trial preparation

· Have fun

Requirements

 What’s needed for the role:

  • 2-4 years of legal service experience under attorney supervision
  • At least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience
  • Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment
  • Excellent  interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Office – onsite role
