求人内容

  • To hear of the guests and establish quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
  • To work closely with the other sections and partner companies to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied
  • To work to update plans and tools to increase customer attraction
  • Planning and Management of bridal fairs and the other events. To participate the outside event
  • To maintain account and the other business details
  • To support to S&P Manager.
  • To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
  • Answering emails, phone calls and the guest who come to the hotel
  • Other duties as assigned

  • アカウント管理、その他業務管理
  • S&Pマネージャーのサポート
  • 必要に応じて、週報、月報、四半期報告、年次報告書の作成
  • メール、電話、来客対応
  • その他指示された業務

資格

  • To have basic knowledge for sales, and interested in the hotel industry as a whole
  • To think and make decisions on their own and report the results to their supervisor
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
