Welpay backend developer

Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services for the Welpay platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Design and implement data storage solutions, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve the platform.

Job requirements:
- Proven experience as a backend developer, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of security and data protection principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
