Our Client is a premium women-led ecosystem driving impact through Awards, Memberships, Sustainability Initiatives, and Media partnerships including a leading Women’s Tabloid publication. The platform connects women leaders, corporate brands, and institutions through meaningful collaborations, recognition platforms, and high-quality media exposure across the UAE and GCC. The Client is expanding its commercial operations and seeks a strong revenue-driven leader to scale partnerships, awards, memberships, and media monetization.
Role SummaryWe are hiring a revenue-driven Business Development & Client Relations Manager to lead Awards, Membership, and Media Sales for a premium women-led platform (Confidential Brand).
This role is responsible for closing deals, managing key accounts, driving renewals, and ensuring seamless execution across awards, memberships, and media partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Drive sponsorship sales for 2 major Awards annually
- Grow and retain Annual Membership sales
- Lead Media & Brand Partnership sales
- Build and manage corporate and government relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Ensure delivery of commitments with internal teams
- Track pipeline, reporting, and revenue forecasting
- Act as execution lead between Founder and operations team
- 2–4 years UAE B2B sales / partnerships experience
- Proven record of hitting revenue targets
- Experience in events, sponsorship, media, or corporate sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Highly organized and execution-focused

- Salary Budget: AED 6,000 – 7,000 (Fixed) + Performance-Based Commission
