🍽️ La Brasserie La Source recrute son/sa futur(e) Second(e) de Cuisine au sein du Château de la Gaude, prestigieux établissement 5 étoiles du Pays d’Aix, membre Relais & Châteaux.

🎯 Votre rôle
•Accompagner la Cheffe de Cuisine dans l’organisation quotidienne
•Participer activement à la production culinaire
•Garantir la qualité, la régularité et le respect des standards
•Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe en cuisine
•Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité

Qualifications

👤 Profil recherché
•Expérience souhaitée sur un poste similaire (ou Chef·fe de Partie très confirmé·e)
•Solides bases en cuisine française
•Organisation, rigueur et esprit d’équipe
•Sens des responsabilités et envie d’évoluer
•Capacité à travailler dans une brigade dynamique
