We are in search of motivated and committed, full-time, Landscape Construction Crew Members to join our close-knit, hardworking, dedicated team. You would be hands-on at high-end properties building a variety of outdoor projects, from kitchens to pathways! Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Foreman and crew in the installation of landscape construction projects.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws, skid loaders, and other tools required for hardscape both safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by handling and storing materials properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of different backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels
- Always represent Outerland’s best interest, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Valid Driver’s License w/acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and Saturdays if needed (overtime available)
- Ability to operate equipment safely
- Enthusiasm and Pride in Work; to create spectacular spaces
- Adaptability and Flexibility; to work and communicate with different crews and customers, in varying locations during inclement weather
- Dependability and Reliability; showing up on time to support your team, and maintaining a dedication to providing the best services possible to our clientele
- Must be able to reliably commute to Mashpee
