About the Role

Description

Bill Colwell Ford is looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to support our Mobile Service Department. Our Mobile Service Van allows customers to have many routine vehicle services completed at their home or workplace. This role is responsible for coordinating those appointments, communicating with customers, and helping expand the Mobile Service program throughout our community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, and building relationships with local businesses. No automotive experience required — we will train the right person.

  

Compensation & Schedule

$3,000 monthly salary + performance bonuses

  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Consistent hours with a strong work-life balance

  

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to previous customers regarding maintenance, safety recalls, and service opportunities
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate the Mobile Service Van technician’s daily route
  • Answer inbound customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments
  • Create repair orders and confirm parts availability prior to appointments
  • Provide appointment reminders and service updates to customers
  • Follow up after service to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Prospect and develop relationships with local businesses and fleet customers, including visiting businesses in the community to introduce our Mobile Service program
  • Stay up to date on manufacturer recalls, dealership initiatives, and service opportunities
  • Work closely with service advisors, technicians, business development coordinators, and management to ensure smooth operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

  

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with customers
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
