Recovia, LLC is a privately owned company with an innovative outpatient program dedicated to treating chronic pain, mental health issues, and substance use disorders in Arizona.


SUMMARY:

As a Behavioral Health Counselor at Recovia, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and effective mental health counseling. This position is essential for helping patients navigate their challenges and work towards long-term recovery and improved quality of life.

  • Productivity Bonus up to $12,000/year paid out monthly
  • Supervision guaranteed so you can obtain your LPC or LCSW
  • If you are an LCSW or LPC, we will pay you $100/hr to sign and supervise for our LMSWs and LACs
  • Work Hours of 8-5 or 9-6, with 1 hour for lunch
  • No Evenings, Weekends, or On-Call

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients dealing with mental health issues.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
  • Valid state licensure as an LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW.
