Key Areas of Responsibility:
General HR Administration
- Provides day-to-day general support for Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures.
- Uses appropriate judgment to route complex questions and issues to appropriate resources, following up to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
- Support payroll administration by documenting benefits changes, bonus payments, and other payroll-related updates in the payroll change log, and reviewing the pre-payroll process register for completeness and accuracy.
- Participates in annual audits of internal processes and documentation; ensures accuracy of employee files and compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
- Responds to unemployment requests, employment verifications, and other external requests.
- Helps research and collect information for CHRO and HR Manager regarding potential vendors, programs, etc.
Recruitment/On-boarding
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to attract, engage, and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
- Helps manage all recruitment functions to include the drafting of job descriptions and advertisement of open positions, candidate interview scheduling, and the coordination of career fairs and other hiring events.
- Assists with the employee onboarding experience including coordination of new hire orientations and trainings, the collection of new hire information, and the creation of digital and physical employee files.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience; experience at a professional services firm is a plus
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
- Possesses professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- The ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality and security of all personnel information
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple assignments with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $88,000 per year. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, locations, certifications, and education. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for a performance-based bonus.
