About the Role

Location Melbourne - Initial 4 month contract - Immediate start

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end volume recruitment for positions within retail and consumer goods operations
  • Work onsite 3 days per week at clients office, with flexible work arrangements
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure the delivery of strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
  • Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technology

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Proven end-to-end volume recruitment experience, with retail and consumer goods experience being highly desirable
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
  • A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
  • A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
