About the Role
<div><br></div><h2><strong>Role Summary</strong></h2><div>This role focuses on building and managing DSP’s key brand properties.</div><div>You will operate at the intersection of investing, behavior, and storytelling—translating research and investor insights into narratives and initiatives that investors genuinely find useful.</div><div>This is <strong>not a traditional marketing role</strong>. It requires curiosity about markets, comfort engaging with investment thinking, and the ability to independently run initiatives end-to-end without constant follow-ups.</div><hr><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><h3><strong>1. Own DSP’s Brand Properties (End-to-End)</strong></h3><ul><li>Build and scale brand-led initiatives, ensuring consistency and long-term evolution</li><li>Drive engagement, relevance, and distribution across platforms</li><li>Own planning, coordination, timelines, and execution</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to take ideas from concept to execution</li><li>Ensure delivery with minimal supervision</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>2. Insights & Learning</strong></h3><div><strong>Gather insights fro</strong><strong>m:</strong></div><ul><li>Social listening and ORM</li><li>App and website feedback</li><li>Brand tracking and lift studies</li><li>Research reports and media coverage</li><li>Investor interactions and dipsticks</li><li>Translate insights into meaningful content, narratives, and initiatives</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>3. Narrative & Distribution</strong></h3><ul><li>Drive consistent storytelling across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, communities, etc.)</li><li>Adapt ideas into multiple formats:</li></ul><div> -Video</div><div> -Social posts</div><div> -Discussions</div><div> -Long-form content</div><ul><li>Prioritize clarity, relevance, and usefulness over content volume</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>4. Media Collaboration</strong></h3><ul><li>Partner with media agencies to amplify brand initiatives</li><li>Evaluate performance and recommend improvements</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><h3><strong>Must-Have</strong></h3><ul><li>6–10 years of experience in financial services or fintech</li><li>Strong curiosity about investing and markets (beyond personal finance)</li><li>Proven ability to execute and manage initiatives independently</li><li>Comfort working as an individual contributor</li><li>Experience building or managing content, communities, or program-led initiatives</li><li>Structured thinking with strong attention to detail</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Important Note</strong></h2><div>If you are seeking a traditional marketing role focused primarily on campaigns and budgets, this role may not be the right fit.</div>
