About the Role

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who enjoys staying organized, helping people, and keeping operations running smoothly. In this fast-paced, people-facing role, you’ll work closely with teams across the company, support key systems and processes, and help deliver exceptional experience for our employees, clients, and partners.

Requirements

  

  • Provide administrative support to assigned departments, including customer communications, small job proposals, and month-end processes
  • Create customer invoices and support accounts receivable follow-up with the finance team
  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for incoming calls, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Support subcontractor onboarding and vendor coordination
  • Assist operations teams with CRM data, work tickets, and job costing within Aspire landscape management software
  • Help maintain clean, accurate data across systems and communicate software updates or improvements to teams
  • Support seasonal contract renewals and administrative needs across the business
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Step in to support other branches or teams when needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Positive, professional, and collaborative with teammates at all levels
  • Confident working with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software systems
  • Associate’s degree and/or two years of related administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
