We’re growing and looking for a Per Diem Registered Nurse to serve patients in the Hopkinton residential area of Massachusetts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including wound care, medication management, catheter care, and diabetic care.
•  Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
•  Educating patients and families (and repeating yourself kindly, because… nursing).
•  Completing clear, timely documentation in an EMR that won’t follow you into your dreams.
•  Managing a mix of visits, from wellness checks to more complex skilled care.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
•  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
•  Comfortable working independently, but never unsupported
•  EMR experience preferred
•  Home health or similar experience required
