About the Role

Team Toyota is looking for a proven Used Car Manager to join our leadership team.

Location: Team Toyota – Schererville, IN


Gurley Leep is a high-volume dealership delivering 150–200 used vehicles per month and part of a successful dealer group. We’re searching for a driven leader who understands inventory, merchandising, pricing strategy, and maximizing grosses while maintaining strong turn.  Our 20+dealerships are concerned with more than moving inventory; they're committed to your success and invested in your future.

    Duties and Responsibilities:


•   Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or high-level desk manager
•   Strong appraisal and buying skills
•   Experience managing high-volume used inventory
•   Knowledge of Auto or inventory management tools preferred
•   Strong leadership and accountability mindset
•   Ability to operate in a fast-paced dealership environment


     Requirements:

  • Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Two years of automotive sales experience
  • One year in a dealership management position
  • Excellent communication skills. Excellent managerial skills
