About the Role
Description
The Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the flows for warehouse operation. The Warehouse Administrator supports clerical and administration works in warehouse, and some movement of material that to ensure the most urgent stuff is prioritized. A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards is essential to succeed in this role.
Requirements
Essential Functions
- Move inventory and materials to Quality Inspectors, and sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Package and label materials accurately; handle domestic and international invoicing.
- Perform clerical tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to supplier invoice review, customs clearance, and test report preparation.
- Carry out general administrative duties within the warehouse.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with shipping guidelines, warehouse standards, and safety procedures.

Education / Requirement
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum 1 year experience in international and/or domestic shipping
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
