TheraTree, LLC is under the ownership of Jessica K. Lynn Hatfield, MS, OTR/L, CKPT, SIPT. TheraTree was formally known as Lynn Occupational Therapy owned by Dale Lynn, OTR/L who established the company in 2000. The family own and operated company provided OT services to the Owensboro Area community for 15 years before outgrowing it's name by offering speech and physical therapy services. The need for rebranding the business provided an opportunity for Jessica to purchase the company and create TheraTree to encompass the many services provided. Although ownership has change, Jessica and Dale continue to work together to run the company, provide the best care for clients, and a collaborative working environment for employees. Together Dale and Jessica have established an incredible relationship with area pediatricians as well as many families in the special needs community. TheraTree, LLC. serves the pediatric population through Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, & Physical Therapy Mission TheraTree’s purpose is to support the whole child: mind, body and spirit. Our therapeutic services treat: Minds by sprouting learning and strategies for life. Bodies by cultivating strong, agile muscles and motor skills. Spirits by planting the seeds of happiness and confidence to flourish. Vision TheraTree is rooted in teamwork, community, education, and research. WHAT YOU'LL DO (and LOVE every second of it)

  • Be the glue that holds therapy sessions together assist Occupational Therapists & Occupational Therapy Assistance directly in sessions by setting up activities, guiding children through exercises, and reinforcing therapeutic techniques with energy and encouragement. Be the right hand to our OT team in a way that makes our therapists say, What would we do without you?
  • Engage with patients help children and youth complete therapy tasks, play-based interventions and therapeutic activities to promote fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive development. Support children in activities of daily living (ADL) such as dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Uplift & motivate Cheer on, encourage, and support our kids through their therapeutic journeys. Your enthusiasm empowers children to reach milestones they never thought possible.
  • Be an extra set of eyes, ears, and hands observe patient progress, help collect data, and communicate with therapists about needs or adjustments.
  • Set the stage for success Set up and break down sessions like a therapy ninja: swings, obstacle courses, sensory bins, andtherapy tools making sure we have what we need when we need it. Keep our therapy spaces cleaner than a NASA lab (because we take pride in what we do).
  • Welcome every family work at the front desk to greet patients with warmth and efficiency, check them in, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Be a scheduling wizard assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and managing cancellations to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Answer calls like a pro help parents with questions, provide updates, and support the front desk in keeping everything on track.
  • Support the entire team jump in where needed, whether that means lending a hand to therapists, updating patient records, or making sure the clinic stays organized and patient-ready.
