Job Description

We are seeking an expert Quality Assurance (QA) profile specialized in automated testing to join our Trade Financial Crime (FinCrime) division. This role involves ensuring the technical integrity of our systems while providing critical production support and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automated Testing: Designing, implementing, and managing automated test suites to ensure software quality.

  • Production Support: Providing ongoing support to production environments to maintain system stability.

  • Monitoring & Alerting: Oversight of system performance, managing alerts, and providing technical support to end-users.

  • Compliance Integration: Working within the framework of Trade Finance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Qualifications

Required Profile & Qualifications

  • Technical QA Expertise: Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools such as Cypress and Xray, among others.

  • Support Skills: Demonstrated experience in production support, system monitoring, and user assistance.

  • Domain Knowledge: Ideal candidates will possess functional knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Trade Finance.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to respond to system alerts and resolve complex technical issues for users.
