Requirements

  • Must be at least 18+ years of age, 21+ years to work the spirits program!
  • Previous Spirits and Wine Knowledge is a PLUS!
  • Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable
  • A willingness to learn and grow
  • Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Reliable transportation to work

Position Summary: Counter Server team members ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. This includes but is not limited to greeting and acknowledging every guest in a positive manner, menu and product knowledge, keeping a clean and sanitary environment, and all other components of the restaurant’s guest service standards while growing as part of a team!
