About the Role

FLSA Status – Non-Exempt


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting with all of the functions of the summer swim team, Manta Rays, year-round swim program, public relations, and overall operation of the HRC Manta Rays.
  • Because of the fluctuating demands of the Club’s operations, it may be necessary for each employee to perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.


Job Tasks (Essential Functions)

  • Duties include but are not limited to assisting in the development of seasonal goals 
  • Swim workouts
  • Management of set-up, process, and clean-up of meets.
  • Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Head Swim Coach.

  1. No supervisory duties are included in this position.


Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Education – High School Diploma or GED (unless currently enrolled in High School), CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
  • Language Skills – English
  • Physical Requirements

  • Use hands/fingers to handle/feel – Always
  • Reach with hands/arms – Three quarters of the time
