We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support a Financial Project Management area within an international banking environment, ensuring smooth project portfolio coordination, and efficient reporting, while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Support the operational day‑to‑day management (planning, monitoring, reporting)
- Act as a key point of contact for the TAGETIK scope by:
- Providing timely support to users and addressing their application needs
- Organizing and delivering user training
- Tracking IT and administrative incidents and ensuring proper follow‑up
- Managing enhancements and maintenance of reporting tools
- Identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and optimize processes
- Ensuring quality standards across administration and functional evolution of information systems, in partnership with Finance and Risk teams
- Contributing expertise to projects (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.)
- Anticipating project impacts on reporting processes and tools
- Building strong knowledge of users and reporting workflows
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Experience & Knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in IT and/or Financial Project Management
- Strong experience administering relational database tools
- Tagetik functional administration experience is a strong plus
- Solid Project Management background
- Experience with Business Objects
- Strong understanding of finance processes and concepts
Soft Skills
- Customer‑focused mindset and excellent stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work autonomously, stay proactive, and deliver with rigor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage changing demands
- High stress‑management capacity
- Strong listening and critical‑thinking skills
Language Skills
- English: Advanced
- French: Intermediate (a plus)
Additional Information
ℹ️ Availability for occasional travel inside and outside Portugal | Willingness to work outside regular hours in exceptional situations (on‑call, critical issues, etc.)
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
