OMS of Utah is looking to add an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to our growing team. Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from an accredited program
  • Eligible for or holding an active Utah dental license
  • Board certified or board eligible
