Work you will do

 

As a Social Marketing Manager, you will execute region-wide social media marketing activities aligned to the global campaign strategy. In this role, you will run regional social efforts across platforms, create channel specific content to promote the brand’s suite of products and solutions, and optimize social processes to achieve a more impactful online presence. You will control social media engagement, website traffic, and lead conversions working closely with creative teams to ensure activities are aligned with the creative campaigns and align with broader marketing objectives.

 

  • Accountable for region’s social/SEO tactics, strategy and performance and responsible for driving regional inorganic/paid social marketing efforts (e.g., feed curation, social media engagement, etc.) and SEO activities (e.g., keyword integration, keyword research, etc.) to increase customer engagement and website traffic
  • Leverage Paid, Earned and Owned social media to increase recognition of the brand's suite of products and services and identify new opportunities for regional growth
  • Collaborate with key global, regional, and local marketing stakeholders to deliver objectives and key results to,
  • Ensure seamless incorporation of global campaign strategy specific to social media channels in-region
  • Drive consistent messaging, minimize redundancy of content/creative and drive measurable engagement
  • Maximize channel impact and optimize channel value through active monitoring of campaign performance in search and social platforms, utilizing A/B testing practices to inform and adjust social media targeting and investment
  • Monitor social media metrics across region-wide platforms (e.g., Linkedin, X etc.), leverage social listening tools and analyze trends using social-specific tools (e.g., HootSuite etc.) specific to the region
  • Refine content and messaging approaches to increase the effectiveness of social media posts and ads, banner ads, email marketing, video marketing, and web content being leveraged
  • Provide insights to Partner Marketing Managers and Demand Generation Specialist on performance across paid, owned, and earned media, SEO metrics (e.g., organic traffic, click-through-rate, etc.), and keyword search performance to inform and adjust regional demand generation activities
  • Leverage social media tools and platforms to conduct research (e.g., keywords, trends, etc.), competitive analysis, and create content for optimization
  • Tailor content for social media channels which may include copywriting or editing existing assets to fit channel needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to implement optimization tactics
  • Actively monitor for latest industry trends and regional market preferences and stay abreast of updates to social media and search engine algorithms to adjust social media engagement efforts accordingly, ensuring market relevance and minimizing impact to engagement and traffic performance

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to optimize content for social media, including meta tags, headings, keyword integration, and other industry standard approaches
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations
  • Experience in indirect lead generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  • Additional certifications or coursework in digital marketing
  • Experience working with social media activities and tactics specific to the region
  • Experience with B2B marketing in a Cloud/IT environment
  • Knowledge of advanced SEO and social media techniques, such as schema markup, hreflang tags, mobile optimization, social listening and other innovations
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to optimize landing pages and improve user experience
  • Advanced proficiency in analyzing social media data, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations
