General Laborer

Description

The General Laborer assists with the production of window grilles, custom windows, and doors. This role is responsible for assembly, fabricating, glazing, and packaging finished product in multiple departments. 

**This is a 2nd Shift Position**

Responsibilities:

• Uses tools such as shapers, routers, sanders, glue, and other woodworking equipment to create product from raw materials according to other specifications. 
• Prepares and packages finished products for shipment. 
• Notifies Management of any mechanical or production issues immediately.
• Operates forklift to move raw materials and product. 
• Follows all safety policies and protocols while performing job duties.
• Maintains order and tidiness in the work area. 
• Performs other functions as needed and assigned. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred. 
• 1 year of experience within a production or manufacturing environment, preferred. 
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solving with machinery issues.
