Care United Medical Center is a new kind of Urgent Care Clinic. Our goal is to provide the people we serve with convenient, fast, courteous and competent healthcare services in a beautiful, comfortable environment. We have state of the art facilities that boasts a high tech x-ray department, computer self check-in, an internet café and wireless internet access. We’ve designed our clinics with the patient in mind, to make your visit as pleasant as possible. For added convenience we are open late 7 days a week to better serve you.
Our clinic is staffed with doctors who are capable of treating a wide range of Primary Care, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine needs without having to make an appointment. Whether you need a flu shot, an x ray, stitches or just a band-aid, you will always find friendly doctors and nurses eager to get you back on the road to health.
We have extended hours to better serve you and our locations provide greater convenience and faster service than surrounding Emergency Rooms. Walk ins are always welcome.

Medical Receptionist Needed for Full Time and PRN
Description
This position is the face of the clinic and you must have a friendly outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Be available to work at least 2 weekends a month and evenings.
The responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to:
- Greeting patients and other visitors
- Patient registration and accepts payments for physician/clinic services.
- Monitors Patient flow
- Receives and directs busy multi-line phone system
- Verify insurance
- Collect co-pays, deductibles and any outstanding balances
- Balancing cash/credit card receipts
- Maintain faxes daily
The full time position qualifies for paid time off, bonuses, paid holidays and can elect vision/dental and IRA

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work weekends and evenings (a must)
- Experience in medical office preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
