BCBA
Little Friends is looking to hire a BCBA or Level 2 Behavior Therapist to work within our Residential and Adult Day Services Divisions.
The BCBA or Level 2 Behavior Therapist will provide behavior services and therapy for supported individuals.
- Will collaborate and work with agency staff in assigned programs to identify persons served needs and provide programming, consultation and training for staff. Attend scheduled meetings in regard to staffing and programming.
- Will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior supports plans for person served referred by program directors. Provide ongoing revisions, trainings, follow ups, and consultative supports as needed thereafter.
- Document billing notes in accordance with DHS laws and regulations.
Compensation
BCBA salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
Level 2 BT starting salary: $60,000

Requirements
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Level 2 Behavior Therapist approved through DHS.
- Preferred: 2 years' experience in using various Applied Behavior Analysis methods including but not limited to skill acquisition, behavior reduction, staff training, assessment, clinical supervision, adaptive skill building, behavior plans, functional assessment and analysis preferred.
