The Windows Server Engineer plays a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise Windows Server infrastructure. Responsible for engineering robust and scalable platform solutions, the role includes managing Rights Delegation frameworks, ensuring secure and efficient privilege management across systems. The engineer supports Documentation and Education Operations by developing clear technical documentation and contributing to team upskilling initiatives. As part of 3rd-level support, they resolve complex incidents and drive root cause analysis. The role actively contributes to Process Definition and Improvement, enhancing operational efficiency and service reliability. Participation in an on-call rotation ensures continuous support and rapid response to critical production issues.YOUR CHALLENGE

Competencies:
Windows Server Engineer & Operator
YOUR PROFILE
Education & Skills:
- Higher education in IT (HF, TS, FH or University)
- Proven knowledge in large Windows Server environments
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise experience in Windows Server engineering, delegation management, scripting (PowerShell), automation, DSC, backup, anti virus, logging, etc.)
- Strong Active Directory knowledge
- Strong virtualization knowledge
- Strong security knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English
